Lindsay Donellan, M.S., CCC-SLP
Owner, Speech-Language Pathologist
Lindsay brings over twelve years of experience to her work at Donellan Speech Therapy. She grew up in Burlingame and is proud to now serve families in her hometown and throughout San Mateo County.​
After earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis, Lindsay completed her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of the Pacific. She is deeply committed to staying current with best practices in the field and regularly pursues continuing education, including advanced training in literacy and structured reading approaches.​
Lindsay believes children learn best when they are engaged and supported as individuals. She follows each child’s lead and designs therapy that is effective, meaningful, and tailored to their unique strengths and needs. She is especially passionate about helping children master speech sound production and build strong foundational reading skills so they can thrive both academically and socially.

Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and her two black labs, Flint and Cruz.

READY TO GET STARTED WITH DONELLAN SPEECH THERAPY? HERE'S OUR PROCESS:
We offer speech therapy for children in the San Francisco Bay Area (San Mateo County and San Francisco) and online anywhere in CA.
STEP TWO
Next, we will complete an evaluation where we will identify your child's needs and strengths to guide therapy.
STEP THREE
Begin weekly therapy sessions. We offer in-home services in San Mateo County and San Francisco and teletherapy services to all California residents.
INSURANCE AND BILLING
Donellan Speech Therapy does not accept insurance and is considered out-of-network or private pay. Upon request, a superbill can be provided for reimbursement through your insurance. We recommend checking your out-of-network benefits with your insurance company. We accept credit cards, checks, or cash pay.
WE OFFER CONVENIENT AND FLEXIBLE SPEECH THERAPY SERVICES FOR CHILDREN
San Mateo County and San Francisco speech therapy and reading intervention services are provided in-home and at schools throughout San Mateo County and the City of San Francisco, including San Mateo, Burlingame, Millbrae, Hillsborough, Foster City, Belmont, San Carlos, and nearby communities. Teletherapy speech-language therapy services are also available to families throughout California.
